With 45 years in the automotive industry, Ron Sunga has seen it all—and fixed most of it. His decades of hands-on experience make him an invaluable resource for both customers and the Hinsdale Automotive team.

As an ASE Master Technician with over 25 years of certification, Ron brings deep technical expertise to his multiple roles as Service Writer, Shop Foreman, and Emissions Technician.

Ron believes teamwork and maintaining a stress-free environment are essential to delivering quality service. His leadership style centers on leading by example and recognizing that every customer—and every team member—is human first.

His guiding philosophy says it best: “Nobody remembers what you said or did. Everybody remembers how they felt when they leave.” That mindset shapes how he communicates with customers—clearly, respectfully, and with genuine care.
